MEGA × First Thursday: Online Viewing Room

MEGA has partnered with First Thursday to power the fair's online viewing room. As a participating gallery, here's what this means for you:

(1) Your works go online: before, during and after the fair Every work you're showing at MEGA will have a dedicated page in the online viewing room, where visitors can browse, learn more, and make enquiries directly to you.

(2) QR codes at the fair You'll receive custom QR codes to display next to each artwork on your wall. Visitors scan, see full details, and can enquire instantly, with no more scribbling names on a notepad.

(3) A complimentary First Thursday trial (worth £500) Every enquiry from the viewing room and QR codes is captured automatically into First Thursday, along with enriched collector profiles, so when the fair ends, you know exactly who showed interest and who's worth following up with

What we need from you

For each work you're bringing to MEGA, please provide:

- Artist name

- Artwork title

- Year

- Medium

- Dimensions

- Price (or "POA")

- High-resolution image (no size or resolution limit)

Format: We can accept almost anything: a spreadsheet, a PDF, or an Artlogic Private View link. If you'd prefer to send images separately via WeTransfer, that works too (just send them to callum@first-thursday.com)

Deadline: Wednesday 8 April

This is one week before the fair opens. Please get your initial inventory to us by this date. You'll also receive access to a private portal where you can make changes to your inventory at any time before and during the fair.

How will I know when someone enquires? You'll receive an email notification every time a visitor sends a message or makes an enquiry, with the sender's contact details included.

What is First Thursday? First Thursday is a collector intelligence platform used by galleries across five continents. It captures enquiries from fairs, websites, and marketplaces, enriches them with researched profiles, and helps you prioritise your most valuable relationships. Read more here.

What does the trial include? Full access to First Thursday for the fair, including contact capture from MEGA, collector research on every enquiry, and your own gallery dashboard.

Can I update my inventory after submitting? Yes. You'll have access to a private portal where you can add, edit, or remove works at any time.
